Ron has been working in the industry since 1987, he joined the team in June of 2011.  Ron is a master welder and is responsible for all metal fabrication and finishing.

Ron enjoys seeing the products we produce from start to finish.  He takes a lot of pride in his/our work.  Ron quite literally produces the backbone of our products.  He likes his coworkers/friends and is an integral part of the team.

Outside of work, Ron likes being outdoors. He enjoys camping, fishing, and trap shooting.  Most important to Ron is spending time with his grandkids.  Ron is looking to retire in about 15 years, and to do so in good health and in good shape.
